Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees:

As we work with multiple suppliers in our resource center, shipping costs will be calculated and billed separately once your order is fulfilled. This approach ensures that you receive the most accurate shipping rates based on the negotiated terms with each of our participating vendors.

For some of our vendors, we’ve secured set shipping rates, which will be reflected during checkout for your convenience.

Returns & Refunds: 

It is the locations responsibility to report any missing or damaged items upon receipt of the shipment within 7 days. The Dog Wizard is not responsible for the timelines of equipment losses or damages after the shipment has been received and in your possession for a period of time for 7 days. Please ensure that you are checking your shipments upon receipt and reporting anything immediately.

Returns/Exchanges are at the expense of the buyer. Returns are valid for 30 days, items must be in original condition.
